Shipping Delivery Information

Free Standard Shipping offer is valid on orders $59 for Standard Shipping. No promo code required to redeem free shipping, just select Standard Shipping during checkout. Offer is subject to change without notice.

When a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There is no additional charge for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Estimated US Domestic shipping can range between 2 - 14 business days once an order is processed. (Processing Time 1-5days)

International shipping can take between 4 - 21 business days (Processing Time 1-5days)


Our shipping carriers estimated delivery times can be longer longer depending on the time of year, holidays or other events out of their control.

International Shipping


A Touch of Point Pleasant, LLC is not responsible for customs duties and/or taxes that may apply to orders.

Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, tariffs and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country and its political subdivisions. These fees are not calculated prior to customs clearance in that country and are in addition to the price and shipping cost you are charged when checking out.

It is not our responsibility to collect and pay the applicable duty, VAT or tariff to the proper authorities.

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 15-30 days. If you have a 15-30 day holiday, you will not be disappointed.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
 
Additional non-returnable items:
- The box is damaged
- Products already opened
- Some health and personal care items
 
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once you have received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
